      The women on the phones are incredibly rude almost every time I’ve called. I could see once or twice because customer service isn’t easy and we all have bad days but it’s literally been all but one time that I can remember in almost two years where someone wasn’t rude in one way or another. I RARELY leave reviews because I’m no “karen” but this is a joke. I’m done with this place the moment I have time to switch to another credit union. Plus they keep trying to scam me and get me to sign up for some $1000 life insurance thing which I know benefits the credit union in some way because rarely does a place offer anything for free unless there are strings attached. Kind of like Walmart taking life insurance policies out on its elderly and getting millions when they die and the families get nothing. Google it.

      I went in there the lady wouldn't let me open a bank account there. I opened one next door at Jolt Credit Union! Way better customer service anyway. Glad I was declined (it was for the stupidest reason but eh everything happens for a reason)
