Recently purchased a Equinox from here. I worked with Bobby. He’s a great salesman, I have severe anxiety and he walked me through the process comfortably, making adjustments to meet my needs as we went. Although the vehicle needed a good detailing ($150) after purchase, and came with no gas (just above E). At the moment it does run well, and I am happy with my selection. If there are promotions running (I.e free gas cards), be sure to mention them at the time of Test Drive and purchase (not when filling out the application) or you will NOT get it. And won’t receive a response about promotion even if you’re prompt to respond to their email request for information. But…the good out weights the bad. I DO recommend this dealership, Car & Credit and salesman, Bobby! Just be mindful of the things I mentioned and you’ll have an awesome experience.

Contacting the Better Business Bureau. Ran my card so much to the point they took my food money. I’ve asked over and over again to stop running my card for different amounts. I have all the receipts. Now I can’t get a refund and don’t know what dinner is going to look like now.😡 They took more than what was owed!!!!
