      Unprofessional, it's a shame that they make your first time buyer experience dreadful. Take the time to read reviews on the Better Business Bureau. Not only did it take them a whole month to give us our pre-approval letter, which should not have taken longer than 24 hrs at most, but they also lost all our personal documents. I do not recommend this company. I was able to get approved immediately after applying for a different mortgage company.
