  We needed additional capital to grow, take on new contracts, and hire additional employees. Being a small company, the big banks have no interest in our business. Susquehanna was able to be the bridge to get us to the next level and cover our out of pocket upfront costs to grow.

  Horrible business practice and you cant get a hold of anyone and when you do they are beyond ignorant like they did you a godly favor! Here is what happened! Keep in mind when trying to obtain a loan from them. I got a small business loan from them i think it was like 5 thousand. Its a 6mo pay back of daily payments of 58$ excluding weekends and holidays. Ok this loan was going fine. I needed more money refinanced the loan got an additional 6 thousand or so. Pay back of 12k due to my previos loan not being paid off yet. Now they have took a payment on a weekend. I had bank pull up when it was put through time stamped and all and sent it to them. They played stupid with me like they had no idea and then screamed at me and tried to blame me and my bank. Ok my bank doesnt go oh she has a loan so today im going to take money and send to loan place. Like seriously my bank aint a mind reader. They refused to pay my over dreft fee as i have not done my weekend deposits yet. We went on for over a day showing them proof and hard core facts from bank and they denied it and said it will show posted Monday. Nowhere in my contract does it state they can take money on a weekend to cover a week day payment. Here we are a few weeks later and they did it again. Again i have pictures of it coming through on a sat and friday payment camw on Friday. Lers see whst game they play and how they dent this one! Stay away from this company. Customer service is horrible and they will blame you for thier mistakes! EDIT: THE RESPONSE FROM OWNER IS FALSE. THIER REP DIDNT WANT TO HEAR WHAT I HAD TO SAY BLAMED THE BANK AND WAS VERY RUDE AND ANGRY WITH ME. THEY LIE LEFT AND RIGHT. TODAY IS A WEEKEND AS PER THIER AGREEMENT THEY ONLY TAKE FUNDS ON WEEKDAYS EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. PLEASE TELL ME WHY THIS IS THE THIRD WEEKEND THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT???? THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL HURT UR BUSINESS ACCOUN THEY REFUSE TO FIX THE ISSUE AND TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND THEY BRAKE THIER OWN CONTRACT AND REFUSE TO ANSWER. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AS NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE IN THE LAST FEW DAYS WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE AT ALL!!!!!! I HAVE ALSO PUT A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND SOON IM GOING FURTHER WITH SOCIAL MEDIA A D POSSIBLY THE NEWS. I WANT PEOPLE TO BE AWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS
