  I love love love how sweet these people are! They genuinely care about you! I have been banking with them for about 3 years now and recently I had to go in for an new auto loan. (May I say that I was in quite a rush to get one) everyone greeted me with joy and Mis Kristal was the one that helped me out with the starting up process. She was the SWEETEST person ever and you could tell she wanted to help me out. She took time for me to make sure everything was going good. After that Mis Heather was the one that took over my case and Oh My Gosh she was even more caring and sweet even after the car agency was giving me problems. I highly recommend affiliated bank not only because it’s a trusted bank but because customer service is at it’s greatest!!!!!! Thank you for everything!

  Very underwhelming experience obtaining a mortgage through Affiliated Bank. I only went through with it because they were the preferred lender for my builder, so there were some extra incentives to use them. Affiliated Bank had the highest interest rate, the highest fees, and the least competent loan officer of all the banks I shopped. My loan officer could not keep his accounts straight and often divulged information to me that must have been from someone else’s file. I had to call him at 5pm on the eve of my closing to make sure everything was good to go because I had not heard back. If at all possible, I suggest using anybody but this bank.
