  Dani and her team came highly recommended from our buyer’s agent. Dani did a fantastic job from start to finish, and is a veteran in the mortgage industry. There were no hold ups from SWBC’s side of things, and we were thoroughly impressed at the level of service we received. Would recommend to anyone looking for a competent and knowledgeable mortgage broker.

  I was referred to SWBC by a friend and Dani came highly recommend. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and I count myself lucky that my friend chose to pass along Dani’s information. As a first time home buyer, I felt very intimidated with the process. From the first phone call I had with Dani, to the last page was that signed at closing, she guided me every step of the way with knowledge, experience, warmth and understanding. I do not think there is any one out there that knows the mortgage world better than her. She was always available and would get back to me in record time. Dani maintained constant contact with me about where we were in the process and the likelihood of things going through which helped my worried mind. She was fully upfront about all costs involved and always went above and beyond to help me understand what those costs all went toward. I cannot recommend her and SWBC enough. You will feel fully supported throughout your home buying process and beyond. She is a gem of a person and I am so thankful she was the one leading me through the biggest purchase of my life.
