      So a customer of your falls on hard times and their account falls negative, for the first time since being with y’all, and incurs overdraft fees, and instead of realizing this is the one and only time this has happened and maybe being a little lenient or forgiving when he asks is there’s any way to waive half or even some of the fees so they can get their account back on good standing, you guys completely refuse. Said customer will be going to a different bank who understand that life happens.
