      Just started banking with them, so far the staff has been very nice

      They have ridiculous check hold times. There is no rhyme or reason. Once the check clears which only takes max 3 days they will still hold your check another 11 days. They do not care how many years you have.been a customer or about customer relations. I am considering online banking. With the lack of customer service in person what will be the difference?

      I feel the bank needs to make sure their ATM is functioning. Tonight I didn't get off of work until later when the bank is closed. I depend on the ATM for me to make a deposit. When I drove up to the ATM it was temporarily closed. This has happened the third or fourth time. I am annoyed with the inconvenience because the nearest ATM is in further up North of Atlanta.
