      This Synovus Bank branch on Market Street in Chattanooga is a good place for all of your banking needs whether it be a small transaction or a more complex one. The staff here knows what they are doing and makes everything very easy and simple for their customers and keeps everything moving when you need to be on the move.

      Possibly the worst bank in Chattanooga. Horrible customer service, employees have NO CLUE what they’re doing.

      ATMs never work, the phone app never works (deposits mostly), closed down our branch which is the only one within 30 minutes of us and put in an ATM that NEVER WORKS! They will also rearrange your transactions so they can charge you overdraft fees even if you never really overdrafted. I have watched and refreshed my transactions and literally watched them rearrange transactions. RUN!!!
