      Management is unconcerned about impact to customers. We went to the Hixson branch to simply send a wire. We were one of only two patrons in the bank and were told to wait and they the teller had no idea when they would be able to help us. We sat for 30 minutes listening to the service person discussing music and voicing of certain characters with the patron he was helping. The teller then tells us he is too busy closing a loan, they are short staffed and the we should drive downtown if we would like to be helped. Managers could at least have a plan if they know they will be short staffed. Were just basically told to go somewhere else.

      I only wanted to set an appointment to come in and open a business account. After almost an hour of waiting and calling back multiple times trying to talk to someone live I have decided to go somewhere else! The most important part, pick up the phone!!!
