      Their online banking is Not customer friendly! One cannot schedule a payment only when they want it scheduled. For example if you make a payment on the 30 th of the month , it is not sent out until the 6th!!!You can expedite for $15 if you want it sent out on time.Talk about being taken advantage of it you send something on a Monday and need it to get there by Friday…..it’s not happening Changing banks now

      I would find another bank if I were you... This bank will stop deposits on a banker's whim!they will attempt to overcharge you and recharge you for everything they possibly can! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen.. it is a bank's job to hold and protect my money never to determine where it is allowed to come from and hold money against my will..hope this helps I know BBT and Wells Fargo never acted like that
