  Ernie, business owner, has been a huge blessing during my home refinance process! I contacted many big banks and choose to work with Ernie and I am very glad I did. Ernie was able to lock down the best rate AND lowest closing costs possible! That other bank with the Horse drawn carriage as their logo had me paying double the amount of closing cost! Ernie was basically available 24/7 and replied to emails and messages on weekends! We were able to close within 3 weeks and have the funds in my bank account. The signing process was so simple, someone came to my house and it was all digital on an iPad! I have since recommended Tampa Bay Home Mortgage to multiple friends who are in the process of buying or refinancing. Can't go wrong with them!

  Ernie and his team helped my husband and myself tremendously with a re-finance of our home in order to finance an adoption. Ernie guided us through the whole process from application, to choosing the interest rate and loan amounts that made sense for our needs, to making sure closing went well.
