      I was really sad to see this CU had such a low star rating, I'll attribute that to people not taking the time to come back to leave a good review, which is equally as important. Amy! she's so great, I just recently got my car refinanced with PFCU and it was a really great experience. There were bumps along the way but Amy was super communicative, always followed up with me in a timely manner, and made the finalization process pretty painless. Visiting the branch was great, its a small operation but its very friendly and warm. Amy and the teller were able to juggle multiple customers/transactions while assisting me with my loan. It felt like I had known these ladies for years, a small town bank feel. It was a very pleasant experience, I'd def recommend them to my co-workers/friends.

      Always an awesome experience here. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Fast and efficient. I am so happy I get to bank with them. Thank you for being the best bank I have ever dealt with and the least frustrating people I have dealt with in a long time.
