      They did give me the loan for my property taxes, however I would have to absolutely classify them as a "predatory lender" It's hard to get a call back from billing, and my loan officer was sweet as pie until the papers got signed and notarized. Then the switch flipped. 🤨 If you're late or skip a payment their lawyers are ready to pounce, so don't do that. The lawyer letter comes with a HEFTY bill, and they don't send 1 letter, they send 2. At. The. Same. Time. If you're in a pinch, you gotta do what you gotta do. This is just my experience. I'll be glad when soon they'll be out of our lives and mailbox forever! I'm giving 3 stars only because my taxes did get paid and I kept my home. Everything else is the headache that comes along with that... Finally have the ability to pay it all off, and when I got the email balance statement...I owe $1000 more now than the amount I borrowed years ago. Run, run fast. STAY AWAY!
