  I worked with Taylor to obtain a 30-year fixed rate mortgage loan as a first-time home buyer. After comparing with a few other options, it became clear that Taylor was able to offer me the best rates. She was transparent and thorough in explaining all of my options. As this was my first home, she patiently explained terms I didn't understand, and gave me an idea of what to expect during this process. She worked seamlessly with my realtor and Escrow agent to ensure that I closed in 30 days. Her communication was perfect, and she was ten steps ahead of every deadline in the process. My Escrow agent was clearly disorganized and inexperienced, but Taylor even assisted in the Escrow agent's role in order to ensure that the process went smoothly for me. I would highly recommend Taylor for anyone buying their first home or their tenth - she is a true professional, trustworthy, and will work hard to get you the best results.
