My mother has been a member here for over 20 years and they've always treated her like family. She once had me call TC regarding her account and they knew by my voice alone that I wasn't her and wouldn't give me any info and when I put her own the phone they instantly knew who she was. Some banks give out info if you know the account number but not them and I think this is great. Shows they pay attention to their customers and actually care at them.
