      I had an issue that required special handling, due to a somewhat unusual situation involving Chase, and TNB"s "c-suite" took accountability and personally worked with me until the issue was resolved whereas the best I could get from the other bank was "bureaucracy." If this is the level and commitment to service offered to all TNB customers, I can easily see why TNB is one of the top performing banks in the nation.
