      Overdraft fees are insane, stealing money from people already struggling financially...

TCU was founded in 1931 to help teachers obtain financing for their homes, and we have applied that ethic since then to help working people from all walks of life to meet their financial goals. In that spirit, TCU strives to ensure our fees are not excessive. But what's more, we make sure to offer ways for our members to avoid overdraft fees in the first place.       So I have never had a problem before but I feel like this needs to be noticed.. the bank opens at 0900 its almost 11 and the phones are still on the after hours service. I'm still trying to call someone about my account issue and all I keep getting is a 3rd party service. Is this a normal practice for TCU to do to there members? Or did someone forget to switch over the phones when they came in this morning. I'm just curious its very frustrating 😕
