      The person helping me was Erika and she spoke to me as if I was a child and just seemed confused about many of the questions I had. I ended up talking to another employee that was able to answer my questions and speak to me as an adult.

      3 drive thru lanes and no movement for 20-30 minutes. Ridiculous staff. Start honking horns while in the drive thru.

      Hi, Scott. With Lobby services available by appointment only due to COVID-19 protocols, we have experienced heavier-than-normal Drive-Up usage. We definitely agree that is not an acceptable member experience and are working to improve wait times.
