      I was waiting 30 minutes, to be attended at the window, and they only had 1 person attending, I think that if they have advisors to open accounts they should not be at the window, but with the advisors in the cubicles

      Please Please Please Corporate pay attention to this Branch the Mgr or the Customer rep is not here no Signing list for Customer been waiting over 28 minutes also called Customer service I live across have 6 accounts here it’s very disappointing only One person working Karen one of the person working here just hides I tried to inform here she seemed to care less.. Chase WellsFargo as well as Citi all their Mgr’s r in Front please send Mystery Shoppers or visit those Banks and have a Good Mgt team at this location. Shalom
