      Today i had an appointment with Albeiro, im just a tourist who wanted to open a checking account, he helped me with everything, he was very kind. Same with Roberto, he helped me with the opening, deposit and the card was issued in the moment. Very simple and seamless deal. 10 out of 10.

      Customer service at this agency sucks. The workers are extremely rude to the public, today I was treated simply unacceptably by the td bank workers at the lincoln rd headquarters. It is not the first time that it happens to me, I will go to cancel my account in another branch, the treatment of clients is really disrespectful.
