      Branch staff are super friendly and helpful, but sadly you eventually have to call customer service. After waiting 65 minutes on the phone (during bank hours) to try and remove a hold placed when trying to fund my new account, I was told that customer service can see no hold. Now I have to go into the branch to close my new account. What a waste of my time! Please don't waste yours.
