From my personal experience the service at this bank has been the worst I’ve ever came across the staff are not professional the communication was horrible and I was informed wrong information. Staff needs training I will not recommend this bank to anyone.

I received excellent service in the West Boca branch! My mom lives in Rocky Hill, CT and has tried to enter your branch for the last month, but it’s been closed. What happened?
