      Just came to get a new card. Tiffany took care of me, and boy is she a sweet girl! She was also really quick, Alf recommended me a Netflix show lol. Thanks for your help and kind heart. I will watch this show.

      Always the worst customer service at this place, you can literally be in here for hours. Staff will have you just stand there and they aren’t helping anyone. Always rude staff, talk with such an attitude. I really can’t stand this bank, particularly this branch. I will usually drive the extra time to Mount Sinai. They can be slow but the staff there is kind and respectful. Port jeff station has terrible staff

      This location has the kindest people. I’ve been banking with them for almost 10 years and as I look through these reviews, I can’t help but lol by the impatient first-world problem complainers. You know why the wait times are sometimes long? Because they’re busy.. because people like them… 5 stars.
