  As a business owner, time is the most precious asset especially in the afternoon of Friday. Everyone at the branch is awesome, and of course the interior design and decoration are welcoming! Norbert Gomes opens the account efficiently and answers our questions throughly. Afterwards, it is very easy to call Norbert, and he offers excellent and prompt response. Yami Melaku is very hospitable, and our twins had a great time at the branch. It seems like everyone is collegial and willing to help one another. Will be back again.

  One of the worst Bank Locations ever. Employees are rude especially Kevin and other Indian guy with black hair and black tie on and grey shirt. 1st I was asked to write down my SSN and DOB down and my email so they could then open my account up. This is a violation of Freedom of Information Act. Then when they could not open an account for me I asked why and he said we have very limited information and because I have an speech impediment the representative tries to intimidate me and asked me what accounts I have with other banks. He then asked me if I had an case or something happened in 2012, very unprofessional and unorganized branch. The branch manager even told me when I called and asked to speak to the District Manager that he had a customer in front of him I was being rude. I had made a complaint with the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

  First time visiting this branch. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable I was having an account issue and they helped me resolve the issue quickly.
