      Friendly and knowledgeable! I went in to this location after my debit card stopped working for my savings account. I was sure it was a bank mistake but turns out I'm just incompetent with my online banking. In any case the gentlemen who helped me was named Amir and not only did he help me figure out the problem but he was also courteous and SUPER patient. He even explained the situation in a way that didn't make me feel dumb even though I had caused my own issue to begin with. Great group of people here!

      Used to love going to this bank but now I will close my account once all my bills get paid. A month ago I ordered from Walmart and my order got canceled because it wasn't in stock. They credit me but then took it right back out. I filed a dispute through the bank they gave me the money plus overdraw fee. Then they investigated it and took back all the money and I argued with them saying that walmart took it back but they said no they didn't. I showed them the proof and still they said you got your money back. I am beyond livid over this. The facts are right there but they don't see it.
