      Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this bank I have had nothing but great experiences here! So happy I switched from my previous bank to TD!

      Join the 21st century and allow online wire transfers. Stop wasting customer's time going to physical bank locations to be told the one person on site who can do a wire transfer isn't authorized to wire that much money. These aren't problems anyone should be dealing with in this day and age. Also the TD online FAQ says nothing about wire transfer limits.

      I used to like TD bank here. Last time I went there to replace my TD connect card due to concerns of skimming, the banker ordered me a new card. While I was waiting for him to go check something, he came back excited saying that the card was ordered and that he cut up my old card. I was dumbfounded as he did not ever ask me if I was ready to order the new card or that he would have to cut my old card. The important bit here is that I had funds on that card, which I am not able to access until the new card arrives. There is no way for me to retrieve that amount; it is a TD connect card. I cannot believe how incompetent that person is. So, bottom line, do not assume that they know everything. They just follow the instructions on a screen, I guess.
