      I recently opened a few accounts with Santander at the Exton branch and had a nice experience. Prior to visiting the branch, I spoke with a couple different people for various reasons. Each person was pleasant and willing to help. Adriana, in specific, was great! She was calm, patient, polite, knowledgeable and her prediction of what to expect during my visit was dead on. Working with Craig Glantz at the branch was wonderful. He too was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, personable and thorough. Trust doesn't come easy but I do trust that, through his guidance, the accounts I chose are right for me. Honestly, I don't know that I would want to work was anyone but he or Adriana. My only recommendation would be to provide a small refreshment area for customers'. You never know what kind of a day someone is having. Something as little as coffee or water might give a person a nice little boost. Overall, my experience here was pleasant and I feel confident that switching to Santander was one of the best decisions I could have made. Thank you, Jenn

      short business hours and very inflexible bank teller. seems not willing to help customers at all.
