      I love the staff at TD bank on corner of Ditmars and 31 street. Everyone from security all the way to the boss Dino are unbelievably hospitable and professional. I’ve also had great experiences with Eleni who helped me open the account and also Sherri whose been there forever. They make me feel like family and I see them interacting with other clients the same way. There are no words to explain how special this staff is. They go above and beyond with a smile on their face all the time! Who can ask for anything more.

      Since this bank changed management it has been the worst! Never enough tellers, always a crazy line. Really thinking about switching.

      Customer care not prepared to assist with answer for loans. Paid back a loan earlier and discovered only after I received a "paid" note that the bank would still charge interests. The financial advisor didn't mention this at all, very low professionalism, at a threshold of fraud.
