  Lisha Harrichan worst experience ever at any bank I ever dealt with I will never step at this branch any more also willing to close all business with Santander bank very disrespectful representative and very unprofessional her manager really good.

  Had a terrible experience with the branch manager, sure he's a racist. He's never helpful with his unpleasant attitude, pray never to have anything to do at this very branch. NEVER

  This is an oxymoron. Although the gentlemen at their desks in the back are extremely helpful and will provide the best cs to suit your needs, dealing with the the morons over the telephone makes these gentlemen look bad. My bank card including my family’s were canceled before they either expired, or a double came in to replace a family member’s card when it had already was replace a week earlier, and the phone agent canceled everything. The major problem? Santander cannot issue it’s patrons new cards immediately. Try thinking that your Santander card is safe traveling with or depending on it while you’re told the new cards will b mailed out to U in 5 days but you’re leaving on vacation in 16 hours. Again, this doesn’t reflect the cs in the bank branch; it reflects the morons who don’t know how to communicate over the phone and swear to u that the cards work. And u find out the cards don’t at the cash register. Get with the times!
