      I came here with my mother, and the Hispanic female who worked on my mother's new account was unkind and nasty almost as if she was going to do something unprofessional, I got con vibes from her, and had to be on top of her in regards to the account, that's to much work for me.

      Service was horrible, I needed a new debit card, and instead of getting it at the location where I was told by customer service to go via phone call, the bank associates had it mailed out which took 7 business days, without my permission. Be very careful and make sure that they do what they're suppose to do, not what they want to do.
