I recently married and moved to the cypress area. My new wife and I wanted to try to open an account with a credit union because of my having had a great experience with them at my previous home town. Ola was friendly and very helpful in getting us all set with a new checking and savings accounts and I ended up refinancing my vehicle with TDECU because they offered great rates that beat where my truck loan had been! If I could give ten stars for the services provided by TDUCE representative Ola Falaki - I would. It was my second time applying for the loan with TDUCE at the Cypress location. After providing all the requested documentation, I was able to receive the desired amount within less than 24 hours. Ola is very kind and professional.
