      Last year, my husband and I decided to go on the journey of purchasing our first home. I decided we should go with Teachers Federal Credit Union for our mortgage, and it was a great decision! We met with Kayla Gabriellini to discuss everything from what they have to offer to what we can actually afford. Kayla made our experience easy, even when it felt it wasn't. She made sure that we understood everything happening, and she gave us peace of mind when things seemed rough. My husband and I have been in our home for almost 1 year, and I can honestly say I recommend TFCU and Kayla to all of my friends and family who are in need of a mortgage lender. Thank you again for a wonderful first time home buying experience, Kayla!

      Stole my money! For now the Secound time ruined my thanks giving I went to put 960 In bank I flashed in camera this time Bc before this they had took 250 from me now settled at 200 so as I put 960 in it spits back the 60 a lady was bugging out for me it took my money and said retained now all thanks giving with my family my minds on this in bad mood Crying on thanks giving this is horrible

      Please note that I've only been to this physical branch one time to see our Loan Officer Kayla. When we went there (late 2020) the place seemed clean. There was a plexiglass barrier between my us and Kayla; hand sanitizer was available and everyone was wearing masks. However, the real positivity comes from how responsive, efficient, and professional Kayla was. Whenever I sent an e-mail there was a response very rapidly. If I had any questions she was there to assist me (and there were plenty!) Sending them documentation was a breeze, especially since we had a bit of a snag on the seller's end and had to send updated documentation. We'd highly recommend TFCU, especially Kayla, for your mortgage needs. And we got a fantastic rate as well!
