  I cannot say enough about how Loan Depot took care of me during the process of getting a mortgage and acquiring a home. I had all I needed provided for me, and Ted, with whom I worked, always made time to answer questions and find ways to get this done. I had quite a few twists and turns in my journey. Although I had doubts about the process, Ted’s positive can-do attitude gave me confidence that I could get the home I wanted. It really happened, and I do believe my dream came true because Ted and his team found a way to get it done each time there was a twist or a turn in the process. I was a regular person, but was treated like royalty. That’s truly how I felt through this process! How many people can say that?

  TED IS THE BEST! Buying a house and going through the process was one of the most stressful times of my life, but Ted guided me through the process and put my mind at ease. He made himself accessible to me whenever I needed him, and stayed in constant communication to ensure I understood the entire process. Ted made me feel like I was working with a friend instead of a client. His knowledge and expertise is irreplaceable. A special shout out to Barb and Ali as well, thank you all for being the best team! I am forever grateful!! You will always be my go-to and I would highly recommend them.
