  Teresa and her team were great to work with. I was relocating from Virginia to North Carolina, and I needed a lender that could really go above and beyond to help me out. I am a real estate investor so I was looking for another investment property that could double as our primary residence. Teresa was super knowledgeable and helped me figure out the best course of action. All of the tools and resources I needed were online for convenience sake.   Just as great to work with the second time around! I worked with Teresa 5 years ago when I was purchasing my home. She quickly was able to pre-qualify me for a home loan which allowed me to focus on homes that were in my price range. Although there were some ups and downs on the real estate side of the process, the mortgage side of the process went smoothly. Last month I reached out to Teresa again to assist with the possibility of refinancing my home. I had such a good experience the first time that I knew I should work with Teresa again. I was quickly qualified for a loan again and Teresa worked with me to decide which option would be best. Teresa and her team were very helpful through each stage of the loan process. They provide weekly updates and they were quick to respond to emails and to phone calls. Teresa made sure each phase of the process moved quickly and got my refinance loan closed just a few days after final approval. I will continue to recommend Teresa to anyone looking for financing for their home.
