  After "free checking" @ Chase turned into having to pay for checking even though we had the minimum easily covered it turns out that unless you use the account a lot during each month they charge you and inactivity fee....we closed our checking account walked across the parking lot to Texas Health Resources and opened up a great savings and checking account!!. We're also American Airlines credit union account holders and Texas Health Resources and everyone inside that office have always been gracious with great attitudes and very attentive and helping us sort things out whenever we had a question or concern. I don't get these negative reviews at all because I've been going to this branch for years and they've always got great attitudes, smiles on their face, I always greet you and a very happy way and the bank itself is very clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend them for anything and everything!

  Again trying to make a deposit and I understand COVID19 is challenging but waiting 30 minutes per transaction is Very Unsatisfactory. I’ve been coming here for 3months and the first day was challenging due to service branch functionality and every time afterwards and so far 45 minutes was the longest only because I refused to keep waiting and left. So the 1 star is for COVID so this is a 1star very bad and yes I pulled out today at this time while 1 car was in front of me and no other lanes were open the whole time, I wish I used profanity I place some here and since I don’t please don’t take it lightly.
