  Julie was fantastic to work with and helped me navigate through a somewhat sticky situation which ended up working out to my benefit. I love my new house and am so happy to be in Estes Park. I'd definitely recommend Julie for anyone moving to the area.

  I've had the pleasure of working with Jeff on my last two home sales. Jeff is an absolute professional who really understands the real estate market. He helped sell my last two homes under very different circumstances but I couldn't be happier with the results on both sales. My first house sold in a very active market. The key here was pricing the house properly so I could reap maximum gains from the sale and not lose dollars due to overpricing and associated negotiations. Jeff is an absolute expert when it comes to pricing. Not only did my house sell quickly but it actually sold for $5,000 more than the list price. The house was perfectly priced! I just recently sold my house again but this time we were faced with the opposite issue. The market had slowed considerably and I was selling during winter. I had little room to negotiate as I had only had the house for a little over a year and didn't have a lot of equity to work with. Again, pricing would be key but negotiations would be critical this time around. Within four weeks in a tough market, we had on offer but it was lower than what I could do. I thought we would have to wait for another offer, but Jeff called me the following morning and informed me that he had talked with the buyers agent about my situation and that they had agreed to buy the house for the list price. Unbelieveable! Jeff had worked his magic once again and from the funds of the sale I was able move and purchase another home in a more desirable area. You will not go wrong choosing Jeff as your sellers agent! Julie was my buyer’s agent for the home I just purchased and I couldn't be happier with the service she provided. I wasn't completely happy with the last home I purchased and I wanted to move again, but I had to be sure this time around that I make a good long-term decision. As such, I was a bit nervous about choosing the right home and really wanted to be patient and look at plenty of homes. Julie was very patient with my months-long search and never pressured me on anything. She was also very objective about the good and bad things each home had to offer and always provided me with good documentation and information on each home we viewed. There were a handful of homes I wanted to look at multiple times and Julie was always more than happy to show me the houses again. I finally did decide to put an offer on a house and this is where Julie really put her expert skills to use. The home I was interested in was priced about 15K higher than what I could afford, but Julie suggested that a lower offer might be accepted since the house had been on the market for a while and needed a bit of work done to it. We put together an offer that was 30K lower than the list price and sent it along to the seller’s agent. I couldn’t imagine this would be accepted, but Julie felt it had a chance. A couple days later, we received a response back and the sellers had accepted the offer! I couldn’t believe it! Not only that, but Julie was also able to negotiate a $7500 credit from the sellers for upgrades and repairs. Again, unbelievable! I’ve been in my new home for nearly 4 months now and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Julie, I was able to move to an area I love and was able to purchase the house I really wanted!
