This is an update to the original review that can be seen below. There appears to be a significant technical issue with the after hours banking service. When I got connected with a rep (prior to getting disconnected) it was mentioned that it might be VPN related. That said, this is a significant issue that needs to be addressed. In response I called one of the branches opened on Saturdays and things got significantly better from there. I spoke with a woman named Pam who was absolutely fantastic and was able to help me out with exactly what I needed. This appears to be a systems issue and not one of personal so that is why this is going from 1 star to 2. This is still only 2 stars due to not being able to utilize advertised services (after hours banking) with no clear indicators to their customers that this was and still is an issue at this time. The reliability of the after hours call line and communication to customers when there are issue is where this interaction went sideways. Original Review: Claim to have after hours banking, but either their system or the people behind their system continually hang up when trying to be reached. Have yet to speak to the representatives they claim to have.
