  I could be more thankful and appreciative for Xavier and his team, they are the best of the best Realtors in the Bay Area! Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. I recently found the need and desire to purchase a rental home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Xavier Williams. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. Throughout the past several months, Xavier has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family. I now consider Xavier a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Xavier Williams and his Real Estate Team for being such a pleasure to work with.

  Working with Xavier was great experience! What set’s Xavier and his team apart is that he is licensed in both real estate & mortgages! It was nice to have one go to person “quarterbacking” my real estate purchase! He was able to help me refinance my existing property and put a lease agreement in place on that property with new tenants. This saved me a ton of time and at the same time save me money by lowering my monthly payment. With this combination I was able to purchase my new forever home without having to sell my existing property! All thanks to Xavier’s creativity addressing my situation! If you’re looking for someone to work with that is creative, thorough, and efficient, Xavier is your guy! Highly recommend everyone give him a look!

  When I began my home buying journey I knew I needed to have full trust and confidence in my agent. Xavier delivered just that if not more. I could not be happier with his work, I also avoided the step of going to a bank, or finding who can pre qualify me for my mortgage loan because he does both! He made this process so easy for me, I refer all my friends and family to him
