      UPDATE - Andrea has been responsive so they get a 2 but otherwise they are insanely frustrating. Twice now they have kicked back my buy direction letter saying it was rejected because of my signature......MY SIGNATURE. I didn't realize is was a penmanship test. Previously I had given them 5 stars but they are too difficult to work with and too slow to give them a good review Previous - Wasn't sure how to invest in alternative assets through an IRA. They were helpful, patient and walked me through it. Andrea in NJ is the best!

      I have stock in a company held in my Entrust IRA Account for 5 years. The company has been sold and ready to buy my shares, but Entrust needs to complete the paperwork and there isn't anyone in the company that will follow through. I have racked up over 50 emails and calls since May 5, it is now may 24, 2021 and still not complete, and another voicemail and email left!!! Poor, Unprofessional, and non Responsive . Next step my attorney and maybe a US District Attorney.
