      I was a new customer in 2018 looking for a home loan. Everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable with their respective positions. They were honest and upfront regarding all fees/closing cost days before we closed on the home loan. We were building a new construction with draws to the builder, they streamlined the entire process making it a great experience. We have since used First National for various other loans and the process is always fast. There was no red tape or corporate BS, just hometown service appealing to the average customer. I would highly recommend this bank.
