  Jim was incredibly supportive and did a great job ensuring that I was able to obtain my mortgage. His level of professionalism and attention to detail was amazing! Jim answered questions and guided me through the application in a very timely manner and was always there to assist along every step along the way. Additionally, his level of commitment and follow through was outstanding, and Jim was always there to communicate with others involved in the home purchase such as the realtors and attorneys. If you want a true mortgage professional to help you, you will never go wrong when you have Jim in your corner. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best score, Jim is a 20. I could not be happier with my new home and Jim made my dream house come true. Thanks Jim - you are the best in your industry without a doubt!

  Was referred to Scott Shaheen by a mutual contact to purchase my grandfathers house out of his estate. This was my first time buying a house. The house had equity in it which was going to be used as a equity gift from the estate administrator as down payment along with covering sellers and buyers costs. Scott assured me, as well as the real estate agent( listing/selling agent that referred me to him) up to the eve of the day before closing that the deal was a done deal. That I needed to bring no money to the closing. On the closing day the I was asked by the title company to right a check for an additional check for $15,000 dollars to make the deal work and Scotts no where to be found and suddenly its hard for parties involved to get ahold of him. When I got ahold of him the first words from his mouth are "What happened?". Again, When I called Scott at around 7pm the night before closing to see what money I had bring to the closing. His words were the purchase was a done deal and I needed to bring no money because the equity gift covered all costs associated with the deal. For the seller, the buyer, the down payment, the title company, the loan officer and the agent involved. After the deal failed he went back and tried to tell me our conversation on the night before was in regards to the loan pre approval. ???. After the botched deal failed another company picked up where he left off. Was able to fix Citywidehomeloans mistakes with the deal Scott promised, without the extra $15,000 and still leaving the house in an equity position.
