Travis Downs is top notch! We will never use anyone else for any home purchases ever again. We were out of state and I called Travis as he was recommended by our son. He called me back within the hour and had us a pre approval within 12 hours. We had a time constraint since we were forced out of our home within 60 days. Travis was available to answer questions we had and so very helpful any time we needed answers. Trying to do all we needed from another state to move to Texas isn’t easy but Travis made things so smooth.
