      Have a checking account with them with no issues. Loan department stinks. Met with a loan officer about a loan, she was unprepared for the meeting (even though it was scheduled in advance) then said she'd call me later that day with more info. Didn't call until a day or two later and then said she's still working on some things and she'd call me the next day. That was about six weeks ago and she still hasn't called. By far the worst lender I met with, the others came prepared, gave me lots of info, and stayed in touch. I keep hearing bad things about their loan department and now I know why.
