  I had a wonderful experience with The Mint Bank. They were the only bank that helped us secured a PPP Loan and a commercial loan. I actually talked with another big lender (Chase Bank) in the early stages, which was a helpful comparison. It was like night and day. The Mint Bank was amazing. From the very beginning, they were willing to bend over backwards to support me through the process – willing to answer all my questions and give me their time – which is a big need for a commercial business loan especially during the pandemic. I worked with Luis Deleza the Senior Commercial Loan officer through the process, and he was incredibly friendly, responsive and supportive! I am so glad that I have found and picked The Mint Bank for my business loan! Applying for a business loan for a first timer is really complicated and convoluted. The Mint Bank Lending made it easy and fast. They were definitely prepared for COVID times with their great online presence facilitating document exchange, signing and communication. They guided me through all the complexities, making a collection of the necessary documents a breeze and answering all the questions along the way. My loan officer Luis Deleza is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and efficient. We were able to close on the loan remarkably quickly within 30 days.
