  To say it was such a great pleasure doing business with Mortgage Link is an understatement, it was more like a blessing. Professionalism and super fast communication with clarity are among the qualities that Mortgage Link excels at. I have communicated with a lot of lenders, but none were even comparable in terms of quality of service to Mortgage Link.   I have been working with Brooks, if not 10 years, almost 10 years. He has been my go-to for my clients and for my personal use. Most recently we bought a home in a tough market. I am accustomed to great service from Brooks and his team but I was floored by how quickly we were able to go under contract and close on this home. It’s a crazy market and having an entire team that can give you timely advice and prepare you for the ups and downs is essential. Everything from the prequalification to the underwriting was smooth. Brooks’ team is very thorough in their communication every step of the way. Rates are competitive too! The most seasoned buyer will still be impressed with the options that Brooks and his team can provide.
