We were recommended William Pender and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage for our mortgage loan and I have to say I am very pleased with the way they handled the whole process! We had a very strange case and there was a lot of moments were we thought that we just wouldn’t be able to work anything out and get approved. This was our first home buying experience so we really did not know how anything should be but thanks to William Pender and especially Gavin Dewing we were able to get everything taken care of after a roller coaster of emotions! Gavin Dewing was always available and kept us updated with what was going on at all times throughout the whole process!
