My mobile deposit of my payroll check was rejected because I was told I needed more money in my account than the amount of the check. Not only that but no one from the credit union bothered to call me to tell me it was rejected. When I called to find out what in the world happened to this check they admitted on the phone that they don’t even process mobile deposits, that a 3rd party does it so they couldn’t even tell me what the rules regarding mobile deposit are so I can know for the future. Do NOT open an account with this credit union. I will be taking my banking elsewhere as soon as possible.

The worst bank I've ever used. The tellers are always rude, their technology is outdated and their overall customer service is terrible. Take your money elsewhere.
