      Rodney is a good guy who wants to help folks, but in my sale he bungled several things: • The final purchase price. His office sent me to the escrow company having had me wire the WRONG amount to escrow, so that on closing day I had to scramble to Kroegers to get a money order for the rest - costing me time and money. • We never had the right paperwork. It was always a fiasco to try to make sure we had the most up to date paperwork. I was always having to double check his work - and there was nearly always some screw up. • Process was delayed by his office due to errors and issues. And although one of the purchasers of the property was out of state (and a bit more complex than normal) it shouldn't have been so complex that they bungled the way they did. Like I said, Rodney is a nice guy, and means well I believe, but I certainly won't be doing business with his office again.
