  I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I had with The Topol Team. Communication was seamless. I felt like I was working with a friend from the first interaction and family by the time my loan was funded. 100% would recommend!!

  Our experience was not the greatest. I would not buy a home using them again. There was so much stress on the buyers end and it seemed the communication in the office was non existent. We were sending documents to everyone even though we sent the documents previously. If anything could go wrong it did and we felt we had no support or answers.

  There’s not enough words or stars to explain how AMAZING, CARING, and HONEST Heather Topol is. We have used her twice in purchasing our homes. Our daughter just purchased her first home while attending nursing school, this purchase was not easy and it got very emotional at times due to the sellers. This purchase was a for sale by owner and Heather was always there to answer any questions or explain any issues we had between both parties. She goes over and beyond and her communication between buyers, sellers, and agents couldn’t be any less than outstanding. She was always there for us at any time of the day, she truly cares. Heather is a go getter, her and her team will do everything they can to help make the process go smooth ,easy, and successful!!! Thank You from the bottom of our hearts Heather for Everything you have done for our me and my family!♥️
